About Youth Run'21
Youth Run’21 is one of the initiatives taken by Annual Festival Committee, DAIICT. The event will be a virtual marathon for the participants, scheduled on 5th December, 2021. Our registrations will be open-to-all, with no age restrictions required and Participants can register on the Strava Platform until the deadline 5th December, 2021. Register on Strava
Theme
Youth Run is organized with an aim to give the youth of India a center stage to work and contribute upon the issues on current climate change and environmental issues. Youth Run’21 is organized to shed light on socio-environmental issues and will be spreading awareness regarding the 3R’s - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle – these three 'R' words are an important part of sustainable living, as they help to cut down on the amount of waste we have to throw away.

Legacy of Youth Run
Youth Run ‘21 has a vibrant legacy in actively working to bring forward these topics and raise Awareness in our Community. Topics ranging from Importance of Nutrition, Swachh Gandhinagar, Women Empowerment and Climate Change Awareness have been the previous themes of Youth Run' 21 and have served as the prime focus of our Initiative.
Over the years, Youth Run has been welcomed with enormous Participation from all over Gandhinagar.
