Algorythmus Phase 1 has begun

Programming is definitely fun , but when you are up against hundreds of people trying to work out the best possible way to solve the problem , it is lethal !! Your result matters less , here what matters is your approach and the speed with which you crack the code !!

Thats why, we bring you the most fascinating technical event for algorithm builders and coders, with an aim to cover whole range of algorithm techniques spanning real world problems. So make your way through different ideas and styles of developing algorithms , and show off what you can do when some problem is thrown your way. Hope your skills pass this test of logic and computing!!

Phase 1

Event Structure

Phase 1 (Online)

It will commence one week before Synapse begins. A set comprising of different type and level will be posted on Synapse website and participants will have to mail the solutions in .pdf format to algorythmus10@gmail.com. At the end of phase, participants will be evaluated according to their scores in the phase and the final list of the candidates selected for phase 2 will be posted on the website on eve of first day of Synapse.

Phase 2

This Phase will begin on the first day of Synapse .An Questionnaire will be posted on Website for the participants who are selected in first phase. Participants will have to download questions and they are expected to submit answers by the third day of synapse. All the questions will be subjective type and selection criteria will depend on Complexity of the solutions.

Rules

  • Participants can register on the Synapse website.
  • Each participant can register only one time.
  • Participant can register any time before the end of first phase.
  • The competition is individual base only
  • We expect a healthy competition, if more than 70% of your answer sheet matches with some
  • other participant's answer sheet than both should be disqualified without any notice.
  • Only one (i.e. first sent) solution (applicable for 2nd phase) by any individual will be accepted.
  • The solutions of the problems have to be mailed to algorythmus10@gmail.com
  • The coordinators reserve the right to alter any rule with regard to the event and the same shall be updated on the website regularly.
  • Judges decision shall be deemed final and undisputed with regard to the selection of the winners.
