The night will leave you enthralled as the atmosphere is one of beauty, excitement, and most importantly Fashion !!

Event Structure

  • The Event comprises of two rounds
  • The team will be given a maximum of 10 minutes for each round and 5 minutes stage adjustments.
  • The maximum number of on stage performers in a team should not exceed 20.
  • There is no constraint on the ratio of male and female models.
  • Exceeding the time limit shall result in negative credits.

Celebrations are a part and parcel of our life and celebrating the exuberance of youth is what we?re all about. Rampage calls on to you to join in the festivities and bring to life the sights, sounds and the colors of the Carnival.

Afterglow

As the sun sets over the horizon, the twilight brings with it the faint reminiscence of what had been a glorious day, one which had been wonderful and prosperous before it fades out of memory and into oblivion.Afterglow- that which was fair but is now doomed.

Rules

  • Teams should register for the event in the registration section of the website.
  • Competition is open to all the colleges and professional institutes.
  • There can be only ONE team from each college.
  • Synapse or DA-IICT does not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to the items brought by the teams.
  • Negative marking will be done for exceeding the time limit.
  • The teams have to get their own apparels, make up items, CDs. etc.
  • Teams will be provided a CD player. Live music or cassettes are not permitted.
  • No fire works, water, live creatures are allowed on the stage.
  • The coordinators have to be informed about the requirements relating to stage, lights and sound systems at least a week in advance.
  • Teams can have their individual sponsors. However, the teams are not allowed to display any banner of any sponsor. An announcement regarding the sponsor's name can be made during the performance.
  • Clothing or actions that advertise or promote smoking, alcohol or illegal drug use, promoting racism or intolerance, obscenity, indecency or offensive behavior are strictly prohibited. In case any of the teams feel that their sequence or a part of it is questionable under this clause, please contact the co-coordinators in advance.
  • Judges decision shall be deemed final and undisputed with regard to the selection of the winners.
