The soul of a movie is the story and stories are best told with the right voice. No faces, no senses just the voices of the characters narrating their story. An old fashioned radio is all you need to experience that soulful sound of a movie.

Event Structure

  • Time Limit: 10 minutes (max)
  • Theme: Left to the Participants

Rules

  • Students currently enrolled for an undergraduate/postgraduate program at their institute are eligible for the competition. Participants must carry their ID cards with them.
  • Maximum number of participants (including those who will be giving background sounds) : 5
  • Obscenity of any kind can lead to immediate disqualification.
  • The script may or may not be original, due reference and credit should be given wherever applicable.
  • Script reading is allowed . Originality is encouraged.
  • Exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marking.
  • Pre-recorded sounds, only in the form of background music, are allowed. Dialogues cannot be pre- recorded.
  • The coordinators are not responsible for providing musical instruments, in case a team requires they should arrange it themselves.
  • The teams would be judged on the spot by a panel of judges and their decision shall be treated as final and binding on all.
